Saturday saw the wonderful wedding of Claire and Shaun at Insch Parish Church then Monymusk House.
We were very much looking forward to visiting the lovely Monymusk House for the first time!
It was another day for dodging the torrential rain showers, but dodge we did, and still managed some lovely shots of our Bride and Groom.
Claire and Shaun were a lovely relaxed couple, who were full of fun, and not too worried about getting a little damp thankfully!
Claire looked so beautiful and elegant in her Essence of Australia gown, purchased at Kudos Couture in Edinburgh.
The beautiful Bridesmaids’ dresses were also purchased there.
The handsome men wore their own kilts, which were of course the Scott tartan.
The guys arrived in style at Insch Parish Church, in a vintage red tractor, which belonged to the groom and was great fun for photos!
The bride’s brother Gary did an excellent job of piping as the guests were arriving.
After a lovely ceremony conducted by Dr Reverend Kay Gauld, it was off to Monymusk House to relax and have fun.
Guests were entertained in the lovely marquee, while we enjoyed some time with bride and groom in the grand setting of the house.
There were many beautiful and unusual touches to this wedding, such as an outdoor bubbly bar, giant jenga and a shooting gallery, to name but a few!
The marquee looked gorgeous, with beautiful floral table centre pieces and unusual chalk board style table names.
After a gorgeous meal from Country Flavours of Alford, it was time for some ceilidh fun with entertainment from the Mcbain band.
We hope Claire and Shaun are having a fabulous honeymoon, and wish them all the best for a wonderful future together as Mr and Mrs Scott!
