It was a wonderful sunny day last Saturday which was perfect for the lovely wedding of Claire and Brian at Maryculter House.

Claire looked stunning in her Enzoani gown which she purchased at Avorio Bridal.

Groom Brian and his groomsmen hired their Royal Pride tartan kilts from McCalls.

Claire and Brian have a lovely little boy Liam who is three, who had such a great time at mummy and daddy’s wedding.
He and other page boy Unda and flower girl Tida were so good all day long.

After a lovely ceremony, it was time for Bride and Groom and their guests to enjoy some outdoor time in the lovely grounds of Maryculter House.

Guest enjoyed a wonderful meal followed by some great music from Edinburgh based band Northern Star.

We wish Claire, Brian and Liam all the best for a fantastic future together, and hope they are all having a lovely time in Tenerife!

See below for all their carefully chosen suppliers.

On Friday we photographed the lovely wedding of Heather and Graeme at the very picturesque Maryculter House Hotel.

Heather looked beautiful in her stunning Ami Lou gown purchased in Stirling, and bridesmaids Kate, Julia and Leona wore lovely grey Dessi dresses, purchased at Brides Delight.

Completing this fabulous bridal party were Graeme and his groomsmen wearing the Drummond tartan and kitted out by Georgian Dress Hire.

After a lovely personal ceremony full of tears and laughs, it was time for family and friends on both sides to mingle and get to know each other better.
Lots of fun was had at the casino table booked through Elite promotions, and musical entertainment was provided by wonderful singer Paul Black.

3 Tiers had worked their magic in the function room, where guests enjoyed a fabulous meal.

After the speeches, which provided great entertainment, evening entertainment was provided by Little Red Band.

Perfect end to the perfect day for Heather and Graeme.

We wish you both all the best in your future together, and hope you are having a fabulous honeymoon!

Last Sunday saw us out at Maryculter House for the lovely wedding of Emma and Codie.

A lot of the preparation for their wedding was done long distance, as the couple have been living in New Zealand until fairly recently.
This was made easier however with a lot of help from Codie’s mum Esther, who visited wedding fairs to get ideas for the couple.

Emma looked simply stunning in her Ronald Joyce gown purchased at Our Day bridal.
She was complimented beautifully by her three lovely bridesmaids Claire, Nikki and Ashleigh and of course little flower girl Sophie.

Codie wore his own kilt outfit, while the rest of the handsome guy line up hired kilts from Georgian Dress Hire.

After a lovely ceremony, it was time for a lovely relaxed photoshoot with Emma and Codie.

The function suite looked lovely, the tables having been decorated by Kim at Aberdeen Wedding Shop.

After a lovely meal, it was time for evening entertainment from Glasgow based band The Cover Ups.

We wish Emma and Codie all the best for their life together back here in Aberdeen, where they will be closer to their lovely family and friends.

See below for all the supliers who helped make their day just perfect!

Last Monday saw our very first wedding of the year, and wow it was a beautiful one!

A Monday in January is perhaps not one of the most common days for a wedding, but Fiona and Scott had very special reasons for choosing this date.
The 18th of January was their first date four years ago, and also the anniversary of their engagement two years ago!

No one however need have worried about the weather, as the sun shone in a beautiful blue sky!
A tad chilly perhaps, but everyone was enjoying themselves far too much to notice!

Fiona was a stunningly elegant bride, who took to the camera like a real professional.
She wore a Ronald Joyce “Infantino” gown, which had lots of wow factor!
Her bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their dresses by Dessy.
All the dresses were purchased at Brides Delight.

The boys looked great in their kilts which were the “muted dress MacDonald tartan”, and came from Neil Selbie.

Little flower girl Charlotte and paige Sydney completed this lovely line up, and at only three years old were perfectly behaved!

Humanist Rachel Donald conducted a beautiful personal ceremony for the couple, in the presence of their family and friends.
After this Fiona and Scott took a little time, just the two of them, to reflect on their marriage.
We thought that this was a lovely idea, as the day can go past too quickly, with bride and groom hardly getting a minute for each other.
Guests mingled and were treated to some lovely canapes.

Fiona and Scott share the same love of heavy metal music and brought this theme to their function room, with a fantastic cake by Ali Baba, and tables named after bands.
Very personal, and very much a talking point!
Scott’s mum provided the tablet for favours, which went down a treat!

The perfect end to the perfect day was entertainment provided by the great band, Eclipse from Caithness.

We hope that Fiona and Scott have a fantastic honeymoon, and we wish them all the best for a long and happy married life together!

See below for all the suppliers who helped with Fiona and Scott’s dream wedding.

It was lovely to be back at the wonderful Maryculter House Hotel on Saturday with Lisa and Adam.

The day dawned a bit dull, but later on brightened up beautifully for some lovely blue sky moments!

Lisa looked absolutely stunning in her gown purchased at Brides Delight.
Her five bridesmaids looked gorgeous in their vibrant pink dresses.

After a lovely ceremony surrounded by friends and family, we ventured out for some lovely photo moments.
Lisa and Adam made this easy for us, as they were a lovely relaxed couple who were thoroughly enjoying their day!

The ball room was decorated beautifully by Aberdeen Wedding Shop, and guests were treated to a lovely meal.

Finally everyone danced the night away to a disco from exclusive entertainments.

We wish Lisa and Adam all the best in their married life together.
