The lovely wedding of Stephanie and Malcolm on Saturday started at the wonderful St Machar’s Cathedral where they were married, before heading to Meldrum House to celebrate with family and friends.

Steph looked gorgeous in her stunning Mark Lesley gown which she purchased at Elmar Bridal. Bridesmaids Laura, Rachel and Erika wore lovely purple dresses also by Mark Lesley and from Elmar.

The handsome men’s line up hired their kilt outfits from Georgian Dress Hire.

Steph and her Dad arrived at St Machar’s for the lovely ceremony in style, in an elegant Beauford. There was plenty of emotion in the cathedral as the very happy couple were married.

It was then off to the fabulous Meldrum House to celebrate, and thankfully the weather was kind. We were able to get plenty of fantastic photos around the house before the meal.

The ballroom looked wonderful having been decorated by the florist and North East Events. There was a clever golfing theme for the tables, which we think may have been Malcolm’s idea!

Rich Gordon from Dundee piped the couple into the ballroom to enjoy a fabulous meal with family and friends as husband and wife!

Superb band Fifth Avenue provided the evening entertainment, and a great time was had by all.

We wish Steph and Malcolm all the best for a long and happy future together!

We had been looking forward to our trip to Inverness to photograph Amy and Sonny’s wedding for some time.

We photographed Amy’s sister Colleen’s wedding at Meldrum House last year, and the family are such lovely relaxed and fun loving people.

The wedding was held in the beautiful Kingsmills Hotel, and we were blessed with a lovely bright winters day!

Amy was a gorgeous bride, who never stopped smiling!
She looked stunning in her wedding gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Bridesmaids Colleen, Gabby and Lisa complimented her beautifully in lovely red dresses also from Elmar.

The handsome groom and his groomsmen looked very smart in suits with red ties and button holes to fit in with the girls.

The lovely ceremony was conducted by humanist Janet Donelly.

While guests relaxed in the warmth of the hotel, we ventured outside for some time in the lovely grounds of the Kingsmills.
Amy and Sonny were very enthusiastic about their photography, and never complained once about the freezing temperatures!
Thank you so much to them. It makes our job a whole lot easier!

Guests were treated to a fabulous meal, before being entertained by wonderful band Gold Star from Edinburgh.

The day had been perfectly planned, and the staff at the Kingsmills were very helpful and worked very hard to make sure things went smoothly.

We hope Amy and Sonny are having a fabulous honeymoon, and wish them all the best in their future together as Mr and Mrs Swann!

We were lucky enough to be back at the lovely Meldrum House on Saturday with Julie and Darren.

It was a crisp Autumn day with beautiful blue skies, and we couldn’t have spent it with a happier couple!

Julie and Darren were married at Old Machar Church, where they enjoyed a very relaxed and personal ceremony.
Julie was piped in by some of the younger members of the Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band, who were absolutely brilliant!
A visit from both Julie and Darren’s dog, and Julie’s parents dog was the perfect end to the church ceremony.

It was off to Meldrum House after that to celebrate with family and friends.

Julie looked beautiful in her gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Close friend, and bridesmaid Katrina, complimented her in a lovely dress from Coast.

After photographs, it was time to sit down to a wonderful meal in the lovely ballroom at Meldrum, followed by fantastic evening entertainment provided by the band Splendid Gentlemen from Glasgow.

Tables had a gin theme, and it must have been a great excuse to empty all those lovely gin bottles!

We hope Julie and Darren are having a fabulous time on honeymoon, and wish them all the best for the future, as Mr and Mrs Ingram!

Saturday saw us back at the lovely Ardoe House with Sarah and Alec.

The weather was a little mixed, but we did at least get to spend some time outside.

Sarah looked gorgeous in her gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Bridesmaids Robyn, Zoe and Lindsay and flower girl Sadie, completed the lovely line up.

The men were kitted out at Keith Scott in Dundee, and after a trip to Hard Grind the beard specialist in the Green, were looking very handsome indeed!

After a lovely ceremony, guests mingled and we enjoyed time for some lovely shots of our Bride and Groom.
Sarah is a teacher, and was delighted that some of her lovely pupils came along to wish her well on the day!

After a lovely meal, it was time for some superb evening entertainment from band Velvet 5.

We hope Sarah and Alec are having a fantastic honeymoon, and wish them all the best for a wonderful future together.

Well last Saturday was pretty wet, but nothing could dampen the spirits of Stacy and Andrew and their guests, who celebrated their marriage at the lovely Tor Na Coille hotel.

Stacy looked beautiful in her Mark Leslie gown, purchased at Elmar bridal, and she was complimented by her two lovely bridesmaids in their dresses from berkertex.
Lots of fun was had as the girls got ready, especially with lovely little flower girls, Eilidh and Oona, who were enjoying every moment of this exciting occasion!

After a lovely intimate ceremony, it was time to capture some wonderful moments with the newly weds. We even managed a bit of outdoor time, despite the weather.
Again this week, guests were treated to some lovely Portsoy ice cream in some delicious flavours while they waited.

Stacy and Andrew’s cake was quite a talking point. The couple both share the same taste in music, and based their cake on the famous Download rock festival.
It was created by Kelly’s Cakery in Blackburn, and looked fabulous!

Entertainment for the evening came from the superb band Furry Boots, and was thoroughly enjoyed by all.
The perfect end to this lovely wedding day!

Best wishes to Stacy and Andrew for a wonderful future together!
