It was chance indeed that this lovely couple met whilst both working in the same hotel in Edinburgh, considering Seb hails from France, and Kelly from South Africa!

Romance blossomed, and the couple moved to Aberdeen when Seb started work at Ardoe House Hotel.
The very hotel where they would eventually celebrate their marriage!

Kelly looked beautiful in her Estella gown by Ronald Joyce, which she purchased at Avorio bridal.
Her lovely bridesmaid Janine’s dress came all the way from South Africa!
Kelly and Janine have been best friends for many years, and Janine had travelled all the way from South Africa for Kelly and Seb’s special day.

Kelly and Seb had a very intimate ceremony which they celebrated with their closest family and friends.
Some of whom had travelled from both France and South Africa.

Just for a change it rained again in Aberdeen on Saturday!
Thank goodness for the beautiful interior of Ardoe House for some gorgeous shots of our bride and groom!

A lovely meal was enjoyed by all, before excellent evening entertainment from Jazz band Smooth Jazz Duo.

Congratulations to Seb and Kelly, and wishing them all the best for a wonderful future together.

See below for all the suppliers who contributed to this wonderful day.

Well last Friday was pretty rainy, but nothing could dampen the spirits of lovely couple Claire and John who were married at Ardoe House Hotel.

Claire looked gorgeous in her Ellis gown which she purchased from perfect bridal.
Her bridesmaids and lovely flower girl Aimee, complimented her beautifully in their mint green dresses from Angelique Lamont in Glasgow.

After a lovely ceremony, the couple chose to add a personal touch, by greeting all their guests straight afterwards, before leaving them to enjoy drinks and canapes.
We made the most of this time to capture our couple with their families, and of course to capture many special moments of the two of them.

Ardoe House was looking extra gorgeous, with it’s beautiful Christmas trees and lovely log fire, providing lots of indoor photo opportunities.
We even ventured outside, brollies in hand, to enjoy some outdoor time, as the rain finally eased off.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful meal, then a little bit of outdoor sparkler fun!
The fabulous evening entertainment was provided by superb band The Cartel, which was booked through elite promotions.

Lovely couple, and lovely family day.
Lots of tears and lots of laughs!

We wish Claire and John all the best for a fantastic future together as Mr and Mrs Duguid!

It was a perfect Autumn day last Saturday for the lovely wedding of Leisa and Derek at Ardoe House Hotel.

Lisa looked simply stunning in her gown from Perfect Bridal rooms, and her three lovely bridesmaids complimented her beautifully in their Kelsey Rose dresses, also from Perfect.

After a lovely ceremony with family and friends, it was time to enjoy our photo shoot with this very relaxed couple.
They were joined for a few family shots by their lovely dog Paddy, who was very well behaved on this very important occasion!

The function suite looked very elegant, with an arch and lovely silver candelabras provided by White Mice and Pumpkins.
The beautiful cake with a Scottish theme was provided by Truly Scrumptious cakes by Joanne.

Guests enjoyed a wonderful meal, and enjoyed listening to the after dinner speeches.
We heard one of the best ever “best man’s” speech (and we have heard quite a few!). This however was provided by Derek’s “best woman” Kerry. Maybe that was significant! Well done Kerry. That was a speech Leisa and Derek will always remember, with Kerry singing specially adapted versions of Derek’s favourite music to the great amusement of all the guests!

Earlier in the day guests were treated to some lovely relaxing harp and flute music, and singing from the wonderful trio from Oceans 3. In the evening they danced the night away to the fabulous band Velvet 5.
All entertainment was booked through Elite Promotions.

We wish Leisa and Derek all the best for a fantastic future together as Mr and Mrs Mitchell!

Finally, what a beautiful summer weekend it was for the lovely wedding of Marion and Kevin at Ardoe House!

Marion and her girls enjoyed some quality time together at the Chester Hotel before the wedding, while they prepared for the big day!

Kevin meanwhile was enjoying time with his best men, and a lovely personal touch for him, was the piper Robert, who piped for him and is a good friend.

Marion looked stunning in her Ronald Joyce gown, and her bridesmaids looked lovely in pink in their Ebony Rose gowns.

Marion and Kevin have a beautiful little girl called Holli who is only three, yet she did so well in her role as flower girl, and looked so pretty!

After a beautiful ceremony at Ardoe House, it was time for all the lovely photo opportunities that Ardoe has to offer.

After a lovely meal guests relaxed and enjoyed the music of the wonderful band Waterfront from Ayrshire. Perfect end to the perfect day!

We wish Marion, Kevin and Holli all the best for a fantastic future together!

We had a wonderful day last Saturday at the lovely Ardoe House with Carly and Graeme.

Carly looked stunning in her Suzanne Neville gown purchased in Glasgow from Eleganza Sposa.

Before the ceremony Graham spent time with the girls, while Brian had a great time photographing the guys and a rather splendid Aston Martin!

Graeme and Carly broke with tradition, and instead of a line up of guests before the meal, they greeted their guests after their ceremony.
A nice personal touch and a lovely start to the rest of their day.

After photographs, while guests relaxed and mingled, it was time to sit down to a wonderful meal.

Graeme added another personal touch with the guest favours, by brewing his own beer for the men and infusing vodka for the girls!
Great to see a groom getting involved with the wedding preparations!

In the evening guests were entertained by the superb band Gold Star, and were treated also to some entertainment from Graeme’s very own ceilidh band called the Rob Roy Ceilidh Band!

We wish this lovely couple all the best in their married life together.

See below for the suppliers who helped make all their dreams come true.
