Friday saw us start in Kintore for the lovely wedding of Claire and Allan.

Claire and Allan have a lovely little boy called Archie, and at the age of only two, he was given big responsibilities on the day. He was put in charge of the rings, and a great job of it he did too!

Claire looked stunning in her wedding gown, and her bridesmaids Rachel and Jolene complimented her perfectly in their pretty pink dresses.

Allan and his groomsmen met up at the Kintore Arms for a few photos before the wedding, and I think it’s fair to say that great fun was had by all!

After a lovely ceremony in Kintore Kirk, it was wonderful to see the age old tradition of a scramble for all the children attending the wedding. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen that and it was great fun!

It was off to the lovely Thainstone House after that to celebrate with family and friends.

Claire and Allan travelled in style in a fabulous VW camper van.

Much to the delight of children and adults alike, Mr Whippy ice cream van arrived to supply everyone with wonderful ice cream treats. A real blast from the past!

The function suite was beautifully decorated, and everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal before the evening entertainment.

We wish Claire, Allan and Archie all the best for a fantastic future!

We were blessed again with fabulous weather for the beautiful wedding of Danielle and Chris at Cluny Castle.

This was our first visit to Cluny, and we were delighted with what it had to offer both inside and out in the grounds!

Danielle was a stunning bride and looked absolutely gorgeous in her Ronald Joyce gown purchased at Brides Delight.
Bridesmaids Sarah and Kathryn wore beautiful Jenny Packham dresses.

Groom Chris and his brother Jamie wore the MacFarlane modern Hunting tartan, and looked very smart indeed.

The wedding ceremony was held in the beautiful chapel at Cluny and conducted by Neil Mellis.

Guests enjoyed refreshments while we spent time with bride and groom capturing some fabulous moments in the beautiful setting of Cluny.

Later it was time to head to the lovely Thainstone House Hotel where the reception was to be held.
Great singer Myke Black kept everyone well entertained until mealtime.

The function suite looked beautiful, having been decorated by 3 Tiers, Illumin8 and A Line.
The lovely flowers on the table were also provided by Floral Design.

Bride and groom added their own personal touch with their “Brew cat” and “Big Mo” beer and moet favours.
You will appreciate that they are cat lovers when you see the pictures!

After a lovely meal it was time to settle down and enjoy the evening entertainment provided by great band The Lockharts from Glasgow.

Anyone feeling peckish in the evening did not have to worry, as a visit from the Bay Fish and Chip van later, went down a treat!

We wish Danielle and Chris all the best for a fabulous future together as Mr and Mrs MacFarlane!

After some pretty wet weather in the days before their wedding, Emma and Steven were blessed with a beautiful bright winters day!
This meant we were able to capture some lovely shots of our couple outdoors as well as inside.

Emma looked simply stunning in her elegant pronovias gown with it’s beautiful lace detail.
Emma’s sister Lisa complimented her beautifully in her bridesmaids dress from Coast.

Meanwhile the groom, best man and groomsmen looked very smart in their Holyrood tartan kilts from Neil Selbie.

Emma and Steven have a lovely little daughter Isabella, who is only 10 months old, and she was an absolute star on the day!
Little nephew Harrison and niece Jessica were also helping out as page boy and flower girl.

Guests mingled as we enjoyed our photoshoot with this very relaxed couple.
Afterwards everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal in the beautiful function suite with its many personal touches.
Emma had made the table centre pieces, while Steven’s mum had made the toffee for the favours.

Evening entertainment was provided by excellent band Jive Candy, so needless to say the dance floor was never empty!

We wish Emma, Steven and Isabella all the best for a fantastic future together!

Saturday saw us back at the lovely Thainstone House Hotel for the wedding of Holly and Andrew.

The weather was just perfect, starting a little dull, but brightening up beautifully later.

Holly was a stunning bride, and looked gorgeous in her Maggie Sottero gown, which she purchased at Avorio bridal.
Her look was completed with her lovely jewellery and Jimmy Choo shoes!

Holly’s bridesmaids looked pretty in pink, in their gowns from Perfect bridal.

There were many beautiful touches to this wedding, including beautiful bouquets from Flowers by Judith, who also provided the lovely displays for the tables.

After a lovely ceremony conducted by Sheila Lawtie, it was off for a wonderful relaxed photo shoot with the lovely couple, who were great fun to work with!

A fantastic meal was enjoyed by all, and was followed with a great evening of entertainment from the fabulous Big Show!
