Saturday saw us at Meldrum House Hotel for the beautiful wedding of Lynne and Jackie.

Lynne was hoping for snow, but unfortunately it didn’t happen.
However this was a gorgeous winter themed wedding, with lots of sparkle and beautiful touches, so it was hardly missed!

Lynne looked stunning in her beautiful Pronovias gown which she purchased at Avorio bridal.
Her lovely bridesmaids Ellie, Lisa, Amanda and Aimee looked so pretty in their white dresses, also from Avorio.

Beautiful bouquets from Isla Duncan florist finished off the look for this lovely bridal party.

Handsome groom Jackie and his groomsmen were kitted out at McCalls.

After a lovely ceremony conducted by Sheila Lawtie, guests mingled and enjoyed music from fabulous singer Billy Main.
Meanwhile we enjoyed time with bride and groom photographing in and around the grounds of the lovely Meldrum House.

The ballroom was beautifully decorated with the help of North East events, D Events and Illuminate.
Everywhere you looked there were gorgeous touches and lots of winter sparkle!

After a lovely meal, it was time to dance the night away to superb band Splash, but not before a surprise confetti cannon!
This was particularly appreciated by all the small children at the wedding!

We hope Jackie and Lynne are having a fabulous time on honeymoon in New York!
Where better to be at this festive time of year!
We wish them and lovely daughter Ellie a fabulous life together as Mr and Mrs Green!

We were lucky enough to be back at the lovely Meldrum House on Saturday with Julie and Darren.

It was a crisp Autumn day with beautiful blue skies, and we couldn’t have spent it with a happier couple!

Julie and Darren were married at Old Machar Church, where they enjoyed a very relaxed and personal ceremony.
Julie was piped in by some of the younger members of the Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band, who were absolutely brilliant!
A visit from both Julie and Darren’s dog, and Julie’s parents dog was the perfect end to the church ceremony.

It was off to Meldrum House after that to celebrate with family and friends.

Julie looked beautiful in her gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Close friend, and bridesmaid Katrina, complimented her in a lovely dress from Coast.

After photographs, it was time to sit down to a wonderful meal in the lovely ballroom at Meldrum, followed by fantastic evening entertainment provided by the band Splendid Gentlemen from Glasgow.

Tables had a gin theme, and it must have been a great excuse to empty all those lovely gin bottles!

We hope Julie and Darren are having a fabulous time on honeymoon, and wish them all the best for the future, as Mr and Mrs Ingram!

Saturday brought us back to Meldrum House for the lovely wedding of Lucy and Darren.

After a very wet start, the weather settled down, allowing Lucy and Darren some lovely sunshine and blue skies for their photographs.

Lucy bought her beautiful Ronald Joyce gown from Avorio bridal, and looked absolutely stunning.

Groom Darren and his groomsmen were kitted out by Neil Selbie.

After a lovely ceremony in the ballroom, we enjoyed some time with Lucy and Darren in and around Meldrum House for photographs, whilst guests mingled and relaxed.

As always, the meal was wonderful, and enjoyed by all.

The day was perfectly rounded off with a disco from Big Day Entertainment, which kept guests dancing all night long.

We wish all the best to Lucy and Darren for a fantastic future together as Mr and Mrs Owens.

Friday saw us at King’s College, then Meldrum House, with lovely couple Heather and Steve.

The weather was kind, and both venues and couple were gorgeous, so it was a great weekend to photograph.

Two of Heather’s bridesmaids were previous brides of ours, so it was lovely to see familiar faces.

Heather wore an Enzoani gown, which she purchased from Perfect bridal, and looked stunning!
Her lovely bridesmaids wore a beautiful shade of pink (also from Perfect) and complimented Heather beautifully.

The handsome men were kitted out by Millsom and Main, and wore the Dark Lochnagar tartan.

After a lovely ceremony at King’s College, and some lovely photo opportunities, it was off to Meldrum House for the wonderful reception.

The ballroom looked beautiful with fantastic flowers from Nicky Walker, and a stunning cake from cake affair.

After a wonderful meal, guests were treated to a fantastic night of entertainment from great band Mustang.

A perfect end to the perfect day!

We wish Heather and Steven a long and happy future together as Mr and Mrs Brown!

Winter staged a sneaky return for the wedding last Saturday, and dealt us snow and sleet in April!
However, we should all be used to the North East weather by now, and it certainly didn’t spoil things for Jayne and Derek.

Jayne looked absolutely stunning in her Enzoani gown purchased at Perfect Bridal Rooms.
She was complimented by lovely bridesmaid Lynne, who also wore a Perfect Bridal dress.

Jayne and Derek have two gorgeous children, Skye and Freddie.
Skye was the perfect flower girl, smiling and posing beautifully for us all day!
Little flower girl Eilidh, and page boys Freddie and Ethan completed this very well behaved, and very cute group!

After a lovely ceremony in the marquee it was time for some photographs with our couple and their families.

The marquee was decorated by Floral Request and had a lovely rustic feel.
Fiona Barnett had as always, produced a fantastic cake.
This one was naked, and decorated with the most fantastic figures of the family and their two dogs.
The cake was not without humour, with both dogs tucking into the cake, which they no doubt would have been, had they been around!

After a wonderful meal, it was time for entertainment from great band The Bright Side.
The perfect end to the perfect day!

We wish Jayne, Derek, Skye and Freddie all the best for a fabulous future!
