Our 2019 wedding season got off to a great start with the beautiful wedding of Stephanie and Scott at Banchory Lodge Hotel.

The mood was still festive and the weather was kind. We even had a sprinkling of winter sunshine to add some lovely ambience to the day.

Stephanie looked beautiful in her gorgeous Essence of Australia gown which she purchased at Perfect Bridal.

Bridesmaids Hayley, Lauren and Isla wore lovely navy dresses and complimented her perfectly.

Beautiful bouquets from Azalea florist finished the look for this lovely ladies line up.

Groom Scott wore his own kilt outfit, which is the Ancient Pride of Scotland, and his groomsmen hired from McCalls.

After a lovely personal ceremony conducted by humanist Karen Farquhar, it was time to relax and enjoy drinks and canopes and the company of good friends and family!

Although January, we were able to enjoy a stroll with our couple by the river, where we took some lovely romantic shots before dinner.

After speeches and a wonderful meal, it was time to enjoy evening entertainment provided by band, The Bright Side.

A perfect day with a lovely couple. We wish Stephanie and Scott all the best for a fabulous future together!

See below for all the suppliers who the couple chose to help with their wonderful wedding day.

We could not have wished for better December weather for the lovely wedding of Claire and Marc in St Andrews.

Both Holy Trinity Church and the Old Course Hotel were looking wonderfully festive, and the bridal party and guests were full of Christmas cheer.

Claire said “yes to the dress”and  looked gorgeous in her Randy Fenoli gown which she purchased at the Bridal Boutique, and was complimented by her lovely Bridesmaids who wore pale blue dresses from Perfect Bridal.

Marc and his groomsmen hired Midnight Granite Kilts from McCalls and made a very handsome line up.

After a lovely ceremony at Holy Trinity, we headed to St Andrews Cathedral for some fabulous moments with Claire and Marc, before heading to the famous Swilken Bridge on the Old Course.

It was wonderful to return to the warmth and festive ambiance of the Old Course Hotel to join family and friends for a fabulous meal.

The ballroom looked amazing having been decorated by Enchanted Events.

Evening entertainment was as lively as always from the talented Big Show, who soon had everyone on the dance floor with  a conga followed by a confetti canon!

Great couple, great wedding and  great crowd. What more could we ask for!

Finally we wish Claire and Marc a fantastic future together as Mr and Mrs Stewart!

Your wedding day will be fun and fabulous – make sure your pictures are too!

We have been photographing weddings for over 20 years and we believe that our wedding photography is pretty special.

  1. We include beautiful retouched portraits of the bride and bridesmaids on your wedding day.

With your hair and makeup perfectly done, and your dress worn for the first time, your wedding day is the perfect time for beautiful retouched portraits.

  1. Our second photographer will cover some cool images of the groom and his guys.

We always capture artistic images of the guys. Something with a little attitude!

  1. We love to create dramatic wow images with great lighting.

Because the images we shoot at your wedding will be stunningly special and unique, and sometimes natural light doesn’t have enough drama!

  1. We capture those emotional moments, but we also have fun!

With two skilled photographers, we can be in two places at once, and capture the moments you miss on the day.

  1. We retouch all the images from your wedding.

Because no-one wants to see fire exit signs, or fire extinguishers, or even random strangers in the background!

  1. All your beautiful details are captured.

From your beautiful flowers captured at their best, with dresses, rings, perfume, jewellery etc. photographed before the wedding ceremony, to your seating arrangements, table centres, and all those thoughtful details which make up a very special day.

  1. We prepare a beautiful Website Blog feature on your wedding.

We receive many compliments for our blog posts, which are a collection of our favourite images from your fabulous wedding day. Scroll down to view recent blogs, or search by location on the menu above.

We would love to sit down one evening over coffee (or a cheeky glass of vino!) for a chat about your wedding plans.

Get in touch now to check our availability, and let’s talk about your plans for a fun and fabulous day!

It was back to the lovely Ardoe House on Saturday for the wonderful wedding of Sarah and Andrew.

It was a crisp Autumn day with plenty of showers, but thankfully we were able to get out in between, and Sarah was not afraid to get her dress a little bit wet!

Sarah’s gorgeous gown was purchased from Midnight Elegance and the lovely deep pink bridesmaid’s dresses came from Phase 8.

Sarah had four gorgeous little flower girls, and a super cute little page boy Blair. The children were so well behaved, despite have to stand in the cold at times!

Beautiful bouquets from Isla Duncan completed the look and made for a stunning ladies line up!

Groom Andrew wore his own kilt outfit which was the Sinclair tartan, and his groomsmen hired from Highland Scene.

The couple had a lovely relaxed ceremony, which was made even more special, as it was conducted by Humanist Brenda Reid who is Sarah’s Godmother.

North East Events had provided the decor for the ballroom and had created a lovely ambiance.

There were lots of lovely personal touches to the wedding. Family friend Mandy McMurchie had made the beautiful wedding cake. Andrew’s mum had made the lovely gin favours, and the excellent piper was a friend of Sarah’s dad.

The day however would not have been complete without Andrew’s sister’s dog Daisy attending, complete with her corsage. She managed to behave perfectly throughout the whole ceremony! Check her out on instagram under her full name,” Daisy Warrior Princess”. She is quite a star!

Evening entertainment was provided by fabulous band Fusion, and rounded off the perfect day.

See below for all the suppliers who contributed to this wonderful wedding day.

It was another lovely Autumn day on Friday for the wonderful wedding of Eirian and Daniel at Maryculter House.

Eirian looked just stunning in her gorgeous Maggie Sottero gown which she purchased from Avorio.

Her lovely bridesmaids, sister Alisanne, Dionne, Bethany and Abby looked very pretty in pink Hayley Paige dresses.

The handsome groom and his men hired their kilt outfits from McCalls, and chose the Granite Pride tartan.

The ceremony was conducted by humanist Rachel Donald, who as always made everyone feel very relaxed. Eirian’s friend Miriam sang while the couple signed the register, which was a lovely personal touch.

While guests relaxed and enjoyed drinks and canapes, we spent time with bride and groom in the lovely grounds of Maryculter.

Ruffle and Rose had decorated the function suite, and it looked just beautiful! The perfect setting for family and friends to enjoy a wonderful meal together.

There were some more lovely personal touches from Eirian’s sister in law Claire who made the lovely wedding cake, and mum Shona who made the strawberry vodka favours.

Excellent band Velvet Noir rounded off the evening perfectly providing lively entertainment for all.

We wish Eirian and Daniel all the best for a long and very happy marriage.
