Saturday was spent at Pittodrie House for the lovely wedding of Samantha and Matthew.

We had photographed Matthew’s sister Leah’s wedding a few years ago, so it was nice to be back among familiar faces.

Samantha looked stunning in her gorgeous Ronald Joyce gown which she had purchased at Blush Bridal. Her four bridesmaids, including chief bridesmaid Michelle, Samantha’s sister, looked beautiful in their lovely pink dresses which also came from Blush Bridal.

The lovely girls line up was completed with gorgeous flowers provided by Toria blooms in Alford.

Matthew and brother Gareth wore the Highland Sky tartan, hired from Slaters.

The weather for the wedding day was perfect, so after a lovely ceremony, we were able to make the most of the stunning landscape around Pittodrie House for photographs.

The function suite looked beautiful, having been decorated by Toria Blooms, Ruffle and Roses, 3 Tiers, Illuminate and Hullaballoons.

Lovely personal touches came from Samantha’s mum who had made the wedding cake, and Matthew’s sister Leah who had made fudge for the favours.

After a wonderful meal, evening entertainment was provided by superb band Sahara from Edinburgh, which was the perfect end to the perfect day.

We wish Samantha and Matthew all the best for a wonderful future together. You are a lovely couple and deserve all the happiness in the world!

Saturday was definitely the hottest day of the year so far, and saw us at the lovely Norwood Hall for the wedding of Pandu and Kelly.

Pandu is a chef at Norwood, and we were delighted that he and Kelly chose us to be their photographers.

The couple were married first at nearby Cults Parish Church surrounded by their family and friends.

Kelly looked stunning in a gorgeous True Bride beaded gown, which she purchased at Blush Bridal.
She was complimented by lovely Bridesmaids Divya and Leanne who wore pale green.
Flower girls Daisy and Abby and page boy Caleb added lots of cute factor, and were very well behaved all day.

The handsome groom and his groomsmen purchased their suits at T M Lewin.

After the wedding ceremony it was back to Norwood to relax and mingle with friends and family.

We enjoyed time with our couple around the lovely grounds of Norwood and also inside making use of the beautiful interior.

The ballroom looked lovely, with drapes on the ceiling from A Line, and seat covers and table decor provided by Aberdeen wedding shop.

Bride and groom added the personal touch by making their own stationery, and with Pandu making the wedding cake and tablet for the favours!

After a wonderful meal, it was time to enjoy the evening’s entertainment from great band Carbon Copy.

We wish Kelly and Pandu all the best as they travel to Pandu’s home country, Namibia, to celebrate their marriage again with Pandu’s family and friends.
We also wish them a long and happy future as Mr and Mrs Katale!

Saturday saw us at Castle Fraser for the lovely wedding of Sharlene and Barry.
It was a super day. The weather was being kind, and we were working with a lovely relaxed and fun loving couple.

Sharlene looked simply stunning in her fantastic Ian Stuart gown, which she purchased from Avorio Bridal.
Her beautiful headpiece was created by Covet Bespoke Milliner and finished off her look perfectly.

Sharlene’s bridesmaids looked lovely in their coral dresses from Blush Bridal.

The girls make up was expertly applied by Stephanie Cardno from Blinx in Fraserburgh, which is owned by Sharleen’s sister Gemma.

The handsome line up of men were kitted out at Gibbs of Inverurie.

After a lovely ceremony conducted by Peter Lees, guests were treated to wonderful canapes and cocktails at the castle, while we spent some time with our bride and groom.
The canapes were amazing, and were provided by Sharlene’s cousin Richie Gavryluk, who is a chef.
Keeping it in the family, another talented cousin Kareen Gavryluk made Sharlene and Barry’s fantastic cake!

Back at the Marcliffe, where the reception was being held, Three Tiers had transformed the ballroom with gorgeous rustic decor, which was breathtaking.
Sharlene and Barry had a hand in the decor also, creating their beautiful cake table, and other touches.
The attention to detail that had gone into this wedding, stood out wherever you looked!

Fantastic entertainment was provided first by singer Myke Black, and then after a wonderful meal, by the band Kickback of Edinburgh.

A perfect day in every way!

We wish Sharlene and Barry all the best in their future together as Mr and Mrs Rennie!

We enjoyed a trip to the gorgeous Raemoir House Hotel last weekend for the lovely wedding of Hannah and Ross.

The weather on Deeside was rather wet that afternoon, however a great time was had by all regardless!

Hannah was simply stunning in her bridal gown, purchased at Blush Bridal.
Her four bridesmaids completed this beautiful line up in their lovely lilac dresses.

The men were a fun loving bunch, and looked great in their “guy pictures”, in kilts hired from McCalls.

After a lovely ceremony in the beautiful marquee, it was time for guests to mingle and enjoy the wonderful singer, Mike Black, and for us to capture some lovely pictures of our bride and groom.

Guests were treated to a wonderful meal and then more fantastic entertainment from excellent band Velvet 5.

A lovely day spent with a lovely couple.
We wish Hannah and Ross all the best for a long and happy future together!

We headed north at the end of April for the lovely wedding of Sarah and Chris at Dornoch Cathedral.

We had looked forward to shooting at this fabulous venue, and to working with Sarah and Chris for quite a while.
We had previously photographed Chris’s brother Stuart’s wedding to his wife Jacqui.
Since booking with us, Sarah has been a super enthusiastic bride, and her excitement for her wedding was very infectious!

After two weeks of hail and snow before the day, none of us had any idea what the weather would do!
However, things couldn’t have worked out better. A lovely bright day meant that even a trip to the beach was made possible!

Sarah was a stunning bride, complimented by her lovely bridesmaids who were sister Judith, and cousins Amanda and Christine.
Their gorgeous dresses were purchased at Blush Bridal in Fraserburgh.

The handsome groom and groomsmen were kitted out by Millsom and Main.

The ceremony for Sarah and Chris was held in the stunning Dornoch Cathedral, by the lovely Reverend Susan Brown.
It it is well known that Susan baptised pop star Madonna’s son, and officiated at her wedding in 2000!

After the ceremony it was time for a trip to the beautful Dornoch beach with our bride and groom, while guests went off to relax at the Burghfield House Hotel.
Both bride and groom were fantastic sports, putting up with a bit of wind chill, and a bit of climbing while we photographed!

Both meal and reception were held in a beautiful marquee next to the hotel.
The marquee looked stunning, and was decorated with gorgeous green and white lanterns.

After a lovely meal, guests danced the night away to wonderful ceilidh band Monarch Isle.
Very fitting for this wonderful Scottish wedding!

This was a great day spent with such lovely people, and was full of joy and emotion, which you will see shows throughout the day in the photographs!

We wish Sarah and Chris and their lovely families all the best for a long and very happy future!
