On Saturday we returned to the beautiful Logie Country House with lovely couple Victoria and Gary.

The weather was challenging, with all seasons in one day!
Thankfully, this did not dampen the spirits of our couple, who enjoyed themselves from start to finish, and smiled through a pretty chilly photoshoot!

Victoria looked simply stunning in her gorgeous gown from Perfect Bridal.
Lovely bridesmaids Jade, Bex, Kimmy and flower girl Miley, complimented her perfectly.

Handsome groom Gary had his kilt outfit made for him by Gibbs menswear.

After a lovely ceremony, it was time to dodge showers, and take in all the lovely photo opportunities that Logie has to offer.

Victoria and Gary have a gorgeous dog Hugo, so of course the photos would not have been complete without some lovely shots with him!
And very well behaved he was too!

The ball room had been beautifully decorated by the fantastic three tiers, and had a rustic winter theme. Just perfect!
Victoria and Gary had joined in to create the centre pieces.

The meal was provided by Hudsons catering, and was just superb, as always.

A further bit of fun and sparkle was added to the day, with some evening sparkler fun. Well, it was the 5th of November!!

Fantastic evening entertainment was provided by excellent band, The Sparks. Somewhat appropriate!

The day ran seamlessly as always, thanks to Gillian and the team at Logie, who always go that extra mile!
Well done especially on your fab idea for lighting the sparklers!

It’s a while since we have been at the lovely Norwood Hall, so it was great to be back last weekend with Jessie and Brian.

Jessie looked beautiful in her stunning gown from Perfect Bridal, where she also purchased her lovely bridesmaid’s dresses.

After a lovely ceremony it was time to enjoy the beautiful grounds and interior of Norwood Hall for some fabulous photos of our lovely couple.

The ballroom had been beautifully decorated by WDB events, with a stunning cake from celebration cake shop to top it off!

Evening entertainment came from fabulous band Jive Candy, which was a great end to a wonderful day!

We wish Jessie and Brian all the best for a fantastic future together as Mr and Mrs Bruce!

Friday saw us at King’s College, then Meldrum House, with lovely couple Heather and Steve.

The weather was kind, and both venues and couple were gorgeous, so it was a great weekend to photograph.

Two of Heather’s bridesmaids were previous brides of ours, so it was lovely to see familiar faces.

Heather wore an Enzoani gown, which she purchased from Perfect bridal, and looked stunning!
Her lovely bridesmaids wore a beautiful shade of pink (also from Perfect) and complimented Heather beautifully.

The handsome men were kitted out by Millsom and Main, and wore the Dark Lochnagar tartan.

After a lovely ceremony at King’s College, and some lovely photo opportunities, it was off to Meldrum House for the wonderful reception.

The ballroom looked beautiful with fantastic flowers from Nicky Walker, and a stunning cake from cake affair.

After a wonderful meal, guests were treated to a fantastic night of entertainment from great band Mustang.

A perfect end to the perfect day!

It has been a while since we visited the lovely Drumtochty Castle, so we were delighted to be back on Saturday with Gemma and Ian.

Gemma looked simply gorgeous in her gown purchased at Perfect Bridal, and was complimented by her four lovely bridesmaids who wore lovely pale green dresses also from Perfect.

Groom Ian wore his own kilt, and his groomsmen were kitted out by Georgian Dress hire.

Weather was as always, a little mixed, so the lovely intimate ceremony was held inside in one of the lovely castle rooms.
However while guests enjoyed pimms and canapes, we enjoyed some outdoor time with Gemma and Ian in the lovely grounds of the Castle.

After a lovely meal, guests were treated to the excellent ceilidh band Bahookie.
The perfect end to the perfect day.

We hope Gemma and Ian have a fabulous honeymoon, and we wish them all the best in their future together.

It was a lovely change for us on Saturday, to be shooting the fabulous wedding of Emma and Scott at the prestigious Prestonfield Hotel in Edinburgh.

The day was dry and very mild, with the perfect light for photographs.

Emma and Scott both live in Aberdeen now, but Scott hails from North Yorkshire originally, so Edinburgh was the perfect place for guests to travel to.

Emma looked simply stunning in her bespoke Susanne Neville gown which she purchased at Perfect Bridal.
She wore gorgeous Jimmy Choo sandals to complete the look.
The bridesmaids dresses were also from perfect bridal, and were a lovely pale pink shade.

Scott and his two best men looked very dapper in their evening suits.
Scott’s was made for him by Andrew Brookes of Edinburgh.
Keeping up with Emma on the shoe front, he finished his outfit with a very smart pair of Laboutins.

The lovely wedding ceremony was held in a beautiful marquee, which had been tastefully decorated by Planet Flowers of Edinburgh.
Scott’s friend Craig Owen is a professional violinist who has played all over the world.
He played beautifully throughout the ceremony and drinks reception.

Afterwards guests mingled, sipped champagne and were treated to some magician fun from Mark at MG Entertainments.

We enjoyed some time with Emma and Scott photographing in and around the stunning Prestonfield, before it was time to head to the stables for the lovely meal.
The stables had been decorated by 88 Events in Glasgow and looked simply breathtaking!

The perfect end to the perfect day was superb entertainment from The Lockharts band from Glasgow.

We hope that Emma and Scott have a wonderful honeymoon and a long and happy life together as Mr and Mrs Boyes!
