Claire and Allan Wedding at Kintore Kirk and Thainstone House

Claire and Allan have a lovely little boy called Archie, and at the age of only two, he was given big responsibilities on the day. He was put in charge of the rings, and a great job of it he did too!

Friday saw us start in Kintore for the lovely wedding of Claire and Allan.

Claire and Allan have a lovely little boy called Archie, and at the age of only two, he was given big responsibilities on the day. He was put in charge of the rings, and a great job of it he did too!

Claire looked stunning in her wedding gown, and her bridesmaids Rachel and Jolene complimented her perfectly in their pretty pink dresses.

Allan and his groomsmen met up at the Kintore Arms for a few photos before the wedding, and I think it’s fair to say that great fun was had by all!

After a lovely ceremony in Kintore Kirk, it was wonderful to see the age old tradition of a scramble for all the children attending the wedding. It’s been a long time since we’ve seen that and it was great fun!

It was off to the lovely Thainstone House after that to celebrate with family and friends.

Claire and Allan travelled in style in a fabulous VW camper van.

Much to the delight of children and adults alike, Mr Whippy ice cream van arrived to supply everyone with wonderful ice cream treats. A real blast from the past!

The function suite was beautifully decorated, and everyone enjoyed a wonderful meal before the evening entertainment.

We wish Claire, Allan and Archie all the best for a fantastic future!
