Friday took us to Meldrum House, for the beautiful winter wedding of Melissa and Chris.

The weather was unusually mild and bright and allowed us time outdoors to capture some very special shots.

Melissa wowed everyone in her gorgeous Mooshki gown, purchased at Pretty Woman in Edinburgh.
Bridesmaids Steph, Kimbers, Jade and Rachel added more sparkle to the occasion in their silver dresses from Enchanted Boutique.
Completing the ladies line up were lovely flower girls Lacey and Miley, who were not only beautiful, but also so very well behaved all day.
Beautiful flowers from Isla Duncan just added to the wow factor!

Melissa’s handsome groom Chris wore his own kilt outfit in the lovely Douglas tartan, while his groomsmen hired theirs from Gibbs Highlandwear.

The day would simply not have been complete without ring bearer Coco, Melissa and Chris’s gorgeous dog.
Even better, Coco had with him his best pal Huxley! Both looking very dapper in their kilt outfits!
These gorgeous pets were so well behaved.

The lovely ceremony conducted by Humanist Bob Johnston, was held in the ballroom which had been beautifully decorated by Kim at Aberdeen Wedding Shop.
Lovely music during the ceremony and afterwards to entertain the guests was provided by the very talented Myke Black.

We enjoyed time afterwards with our couple in and around the beautiful Meldrum House for some lovely photo opportunities.

A wonderful meal was enjoyed by all, before everyone was treated to the lovely surprise of the fantastic singer waiters from Secret Opera Singers.
Never have we seen such an enthusiastic crowd enjoying such a special moment!

We enjoyed some sparkler fun before the evening dancing, and then it was time for everyone to dance the night away with fantastic band Waterfront.

We wish Melissa, Chris and of course Coco, all the best for a fantastic future together!

Saturday saw us at Meldrum House Hotel for the beautiful wedding of Lynne and Jackie.

Lynne was hoping for snow, but unfortunately it didn’t happen.
However this was a gorgeous winter themed wedding, with lots of sparkle and beautiful touches, so it was hardly missed!

Lynne looked stunning in her beautiful Pronovias gown which she purchased at Avorio bridal.
Her lovely bridesmaids Ellie, Lisa, Amanda and Aimee looked so pretty in their white dresses, also from Avorio.

Beautiful bouquets from Isla Duncan florist finished off the look for this lovely bridal party.

Handsome groom Jackie and his groomsmen were kitted out at McCalls.

After a lovely ceremony conducted by Sheila Lawtie, guests mingled and enjoyed music from fabulous singer Billy Main.
Meanwhile we enjoyed time with bride and groom photographing in and around the grounds of the lovely Meldrum House.

The ballroom was beautifully decorated with the help of North East events, D Events and Illuminate.
Everywhere you looked there were gorgeous touches and lots of winter sparkle!

After a lovely meal, it was time to dance the night away to superb band Splash, but not before a surprise confetti cannon!
This was particularly appreciated by all the small children at the wedding!

We hope Jackie and Lynne are having a fabulous time on honeymoon in New York!
Where better to be at this festive time of year!
We wish them and lovely daughter Ellie a fabulous life together as Mr and Mrs Green!

We had been looking forward to our trip to Inverness to photograph Amy and Sonny’s wedding for some time.

We photographed Amy’s sister Colleen’s wedding at Meldrum House last year, and the family are such lovely relaxed and fun loving people.

The wedding was held in the beautiful Kingsmills Hotel, and we were blessed with a lovely bright winters day!

Amy was a gorgeous bride, who never stopped smiling!
She looked stunning in her wedding gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Bridesmaids Colleen, Gabby and Lisa complimented her beautifully in lovely red dresses also from Elmar.

The handsome groom and his groomsmen looked very smart in suits with red ties and button holes to fit in with the girls.

The lovely ceremony was conducted by humanist Janet Donelly.

While guests relaxed in the warmth of the hotel, we ventured outside for some time in the lovely grounds of the Kingsmills.
Amy and Sonny were very enthusiastic about their photography, and never complained once about the freezing temperatures!
Thank you so much to them. It makes our job a whole lot easier!

Guests were treated to a fabulous meal, before being entertained by wonderful band Gold Star from Edinburgh.

The day had been perfectly planned, and the staff at the Kingsmills were very helpful and worked very hard to make sure things went smoothly.

We hope Amy and Sonny are having a fabulous honeymoon, and wish them all the best in their future together as Mr and Mrs Swann!

See below for all the suppliers who helped make this the most perfect day.

On Saturday we returned to the beautiful Logie Country House with lovely couple Victoria and Gary.

The weather was challenging, with all seasons in one day!
Thankfully, this did not dampen the spirits of our couple, who enjoyed themselves from start to finish, and smiled through a pretty chilly photoshoot!

Victoria looked simply stunning in her gorgeous gown from Perfect Bridal.
Lovely bridesmaids Jade, Bex, Kimmy and flower girl Miley, complimented her perfectly.

Handsome groom Gary had his kilt outfit made for him by Gibbs menswear.

After a lovely ceremony, it was time to dodge showers, and take in all the lovely photo opportunities that Logie has to offer.

Victoria and Gary have a gorgeous dog Hugo, so of course the photos would not have been complete without some lovely shots with him!
And very well behaved he was too!

The ball room had been beautifully decorated by the fantastic three tiers, and had a rustic winter theme. Just perfect!
Victoria and Gary had joined in to create the centre pieces.

The meal was provided by Hudsons catering, and was just superb, as always.

A further bit of fun and sparkle was added to the day, with some evening sparkler fun. Well, it was the 5th of November!!

Fantastic evening entertainment was provided by excellent band, The Sparks. Somewhat appropriate!

The day ran seamlessly as always, thanks to Gillian and the team at Logie, who always go that extra mile!
Well done especially on your fab idea for lighting the sparklers!

We wish Victoria and Gary all the best for a wonderful married life!

We were lucky enough to be back at the lovely Meldrum House on Saturday with Julie and Darren.

It was a crisp Autumn day with beautiful blue skies, and we couldn’t have spent it with a happier couple!

Julie and Darren were married at Old Machar Church, where they enjoyed a very relaxed and personal ceremony.
Julie was piped in by some of the younger members of the Deeside Caledonia Pipe Band, who were absolutely brilliant!
A visit from both Julie and Darren’s dog, and Julie’s parents dog was the perfect end to the church ceremony.

It was off to Meldrum House after that to celebrate with family and friends.

Julie looked beautiful in her gown purchased at Elmar Bridal.
Close friend, and bridesmaid Katrina, complimented her in a lovely dress from Coast.

After photographs, it was time to sit down to a wonderful meal in the lovely ballroom at Meldrum, followed by fantastic evening entertainment provided by the band Splendid Gentlemen from Glasgow.

Tables had a gin theme, and it must have been a great excuse to empty all those lovely gin bottles!

We hope Julie and Darren are having a fabulous time on honeymoon, and wish them all the best for the future, as Mr and Mrs Ingram!

See below for the suppliers they used for the perfect wedding day.
